The method to study natural phenomena
as whole and astronomic ones Fantastic ball 1. THE METHOD TO STUDY NATURAL
PHENOMENA AS WHOLE AND ASTRONOMIC ONES
     The present invention can be
perfectly classified in the Int. Cl. (International Classification of
Patents). It does not refer to astronomic discoveries: unknown galaxies,
comets, planets, and asteroids. It does not refer to geographical discoveries:
rivers, lakes, caves, and unknown mountains. It does not refer to geology,
speaking about rocks, substances, minerals or palaeontology, discoveries
of pre-historic skeletons. It does not refer to sky mechanics. The discovery recorded as invention under the
number A/00249 of 07/03/2001 refers to a product. This product is at the
same time an apparatus, a tool, and a device (Fig. 1).

The present invention is a method
superior to all the theories developed up to now on the revolution movement
of the Earth round the sun. It can be also presented as a method used
for explaining, teaching, and a didactic method.Nicolaus Copernicus’s method and the apparatus called Tellurium
prove only simple, completely wrong hypotheses, namely:

The axis of the Earth is not inclined by 66o33’,
respectively 23o67’. The displacement of the Earth in the movement of
revolution round the sun is not shaped as an ellipse. The displacement in the cosmic
space of the Earth round the Sun and at the same time together with
it (the Sun) is not a helicoidally (spiral bow) movement, and does not
move together with the Sun in the direction of the star Vega.      Copernicus’s theory explains
only one phenomenon, namely: the formation of the seasons and their succession,
nights and polar days, and that is all.As to the apparent displacement of the Sun on the canopy of heaven from
East to West, it has been known for tens of thousands of years, before
all the scientists, wise and initiated people in antiquity. Including
the periodical winds and sea currents.
As to my invention of 07/03/2001 recorded under
no. A/00249 it is clearly and beyond doubt classified in the International
Classification of Patents (Int. Cl.), as it bears the title: Method to
Study Natural Phenomena As Whole and the Astronomic Ones. It is classified
in Int. Cl. under products, object, tool, and apparatus, used as a unit.
As to the present invention, it explains the formation
of all the natural phenomena in three variants, and namely:

When the axis of the Earth is horizontal,
the revolution movement having the shape of a perfectly round circle,
finishing at the same place and in the same space. When the axis of the Earth is vertical,
the revolution movement having the same shape of a perfectly round circle,
and both variants round the Sun on a plane inclined by 45o. When the axis of the Earth is inclined
by 45o, the revolution movement is perfectly round but
not round the sun but next to the Sun, irrespective of the position
of the Earth against the Sun: on its left hand, its right hand, above
it or under it.     The following phenomena are produced
in these 3 (three) variants:1. Formation of the seasons with the polar nights and days. 2. The periodical
winds. 3. The seasons with rains and drought. 4. The sea currents. 5 the
quick thawing of the polar calottes and the drift of the ice fields (iceberg),
when the waters of the ocean penetrate under the ice pack. 6. The huge
waves (tsunami). 7. The polar aurora. 8. The equatorial calm zones. 9.
The Proroca phenomenon (when the Atlantic waters flow into the Amazon
river and not only there, but also in the Finnish Gulf, in Neva, and in
other parts). 10. The thickness or height of the atmosphere, greater at
the Equator, and smaller at the Poles. 11. Hurricanes, typhoons, tornadoes.
        12. The star displacement, visible with the eye, the displacement of all
the celestial bodies, for some time in the Northwest direction and then
in the Southwest direction. 13. Irrespective where the Sun is, the Earth
describes a perfectly round circle in the revolution movement. 14. The
displacement speed on the orbit: the Earth has a higher speed at the beginning
of the month of January and a lower one in the month of July. 15. The
present invention explains the migration of the volcanic noxa and the
nuclear radiations from one hemisphere to the other. 16. In the framework
of the closed circle, there is the helicoidally movement, not round the
Sun in its travel towards the star Vega, as it is said. 17. The present
invention gives an answer to the phenomenon that took place at the end
of the month of February when the Moon was much nearer to the Earth, looking
greater and by 20% more luminous.
The present invention is necessary in all the
meteorological institutions, in climatology, astronomy, and exploration
of the cosmic space and in all the schools of the world.
By means of this apparatus, device, tool, method,
the consequences of some volcanic eruptions can be foreseen, as well as
of the nuclear accidents or experiences, or the eventual collisions with
the cosmic meteoric bodies. For instance: the volcanic eruption Krakatao
in the Indonesian archipelago or the Tunguska phenomenon, these having
special meteorological consequences with climatic anomalies.
The atmospheric pressure shown on the quicksilver
column (barometer) can be explained through the same movement of the Earth,
when the axis of the Earth is horizontal, vertical, or at 45o.
All the facts described in this invention are
proved by the movement of the Earth when the axis of the Earth is horizontal,
vertical, or at 45o, and not at 66o33’.

 2. FANTASTIC BALL      The present invention
refers to a ball used in all the entertaining sports that use a ball.
The ball according to the invention consists of two identical geometrical
bodies, as for instance: a body (A) two hexagonal pyramid-shaped frustums
stuck together by their great base. (B) two cone frustums with six flat
bevels on the circular surface of the cone frustum, (C) two semi-spheres
or two semi-ellipses stuck together by their great base, with flat and
parallel bevels distributed over the whole surface of the ball. Two bicoloured
arrows in a right angle and a number are drawn on the trapezoidal surface
and the flat bevels. The game develops on a game table on which the goal,
the pillars for volley-ball, tennis, or baskets for basket-ball are drawn
and put in place. A stick for handling the ball is used. The game partners
        may be 1 against 2; 1 against 3; 2 against 2; 2 against 3, etc.
